SCAD Independent provides researchers with rigorous, constructive, and timely peer review for all manuscripts. Anyone reading or publishing open access with SCAD Independent can be reassured that the same high standards apply as in traditional publishing models.
This statement is based on the OASPA, Budapest Open Access Initiative, and Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing. SCAD Independent highly values the personal information of its authors. Archiving
